The Bobcat E35 Mini Excavator is a popular choice for projects where space is confined. The Zero Tail Swing gives the operator unrestricted rotation and greater flexibility for reduced potential damage to the machine and surrounding obstacles.

Here is a quick rundown on how to operate the E35 Mini Excavator.

When entering the E35 Mini Excavator, you need to have three points of contact with the machine at all times. Inside the machine, you will find A/C, heat, radio, and light features to stay comfortable during operation. Once you are seated, lower the safety lock located on the left hand side and fasten your seat belt.  To start the E35 Mini Excavator, turn the key and enter your code. The right joystick will control your bucket, letting you operate in a left and right motion. The dipper stick will adjust the bucket in an up and down motion. The joystick on your left will control the twist of the machine, allowing you to move the bucket left or right or up and down. To drive the machine forward, grab both long handles and push them away from you. To go backward, grab both long handles and pull them towards you. To turn the machine left, pull the left long handle towards you and the right long handle away from you. To turn right, pull the right long handle towards you and the left long handle away from you. The dozer blade is controlled by the top of the right joystick. Move the joystick up and down to maneuver the dozer blade. When dismounting, always have three points of contact to ensure a safe exit.
