Don C. Was able to answer all of my questions almost immediately and when he wasnt able to right away he got back to me in a very short time! I was very impressed with my experience at Mid-state equipment in Watertown, WI! He always kept me up-to-date, he gave great customer service and they had the best price for the MT100 that I bought. I will say it took a little longer than I was hoping to get the machine but it was not the dealerships fault and by no means was it Dons fault! The delay in receiving the machine was due to COVID-19.
Anyways after that long paragraph all I have to say is I was very pleased with the service that I received from Don!

Mid-State Salem fixed my Gator in no time flat. I brought it in on Wednesday and Thursday morning, it was ready for pickup. I told Roger in service I would be bringing my mower in too. Thanks Mid States Salem.

I purchased a 300 Series JD lawnmower. Don was very helpful in describing the operation of it. Don even told me to call him, should I have any questions or concerns about the mower. The delivery person also went over all the operational uses of the mower when he delivered it.
It was a comfortable experience for me to buy my lawn mower.

I have been a customer of Mid-State for many years. The team in Jackson has been nothing short of amazing. I worked with an extremely knowledgeable young man by the name of Kyle. He helped me get my John Deere back into shape after years of being beaten down. Now, it runs like new. Kyle's level of customer service, going above and beyond, knowledge, professionalism and overall caring demeanor will keep me coming back to Mid-State for all of my John Deere and Stihl needs. You don't find many places these days that still look out for the best interest of the customer, and he does. I trust him and because of him will be a customer of Mid-State for life.

I purchased a skid loader from the Columbus,WI sales store. I dealt with George. George was very fast in responding about my inquiry about the machine. George was able to answer all of my questions about the loader that I asked. The purchase was very quick and hassle free. When I picked up the loader I had a issue with my trailer and Chad the service manager helped me get my skid loader home. I had incredibly great customer service with these guys and am looking forward to doing business with them again. Both George and Chad are assets to this company. Keep up the great work and customer service.

What a very pleasant experience dealing with this JD dealer. I did not purchase our X584 tractor from Mid-States, and I wanted to buy the service and technical manuals. My first stop was at our local dealer where I purchased the machine. They acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me. I've asked several times for information that was not listed in the owners manual and their response was "we don't have that information" My neighbor has had the same experience. He needed a wiring diagram for a X300. same answer.
Yesterday I called and talked to Nick in the parts dept. very helpful, but I had to call him back as I had another call I needed to take. I called again today and talked to Dennis, he ordered both books, about $200.00 asked if I needed to give him my Credit card and it was not necessary, just bring it along when I came to pick them up. I then asked if they could supply me with the wiring diagram for my neighbors X300. Not a problem, just go to the service dept. and ask for Lynn. Which we did. I had the serial #, and Lynn couldn't have been more accommodating. She spent the better part of 30 minutes digging up all the schematics available.
As the saying goes, "You only get one chance to make a first impression". Our experience was 5 Star top to bottom. I'm 75 and my neighbor is 87, so I doubt either one of us will be buying any more lawn equipment, but that doesn't mean we won't pass the word along about this outstanding John Deere Dealer.Gerald Rizzo, Libertyville, ILLINOISStore Location: Salem -

We looked at all brands and decided on a Turf Tiger from Watertown. Jason Hawkinson pointed out all the features, set up a test drive and made the purchase and delivery fast and easy. Really happy that is made in Wisconsin. Rides really nice, easy on the back.

We were treated with the utmost of customer service. Our salesperson (Kortney Koch) was very helpful and made our shopping experience one of the shortest and most pleasant deals we have ever made. Thanks Kortney! We were shopping last Fall at a dealer near us and they appeared totally uninterested in us and didn't even make an effort to help us. They lost a fairly decent sale. :)

When it comes to equipment, these people know what they're doing.From the smallest lawn mower to the biggest combine, Mid-State has them all and services them. They are a full-line dealer of John Deere, Bobcat and Kubota. I don't really care about Bobcat or Kubota, since I'm never going to buy any of them, but I do care about my John Deere equipment. They also carry Stihl, Wacker-Neuson, Scag, Landoll and Kuhn. (Besides toys for adults, they have toys for kids, t-shirts, hats, tools and other sundry accessories.)

HUGE shout-out to Kyle in the Parts Dept. He offered perfect service and advice to me and was able to help me find suitable replacement parts for an older JD garden tractor I have. The difference was that he wasn't in a hurry with me, and gave me the extra 3 minutes needed to ensure an awesome experience. I've never had a bad experience with anybody here in Jackson, but now I can shout from the rooftops that Kyle gave me an amazing experience.
